Alexander werkt overzichtelijk, legt alles heel erg goed uit en neemt je mee in de te nemen stappen. Hij neemt de tijd zowel voor als achter de schermen. Hij zal je niet snel te hoge verwachtingen scheppen, waardoor de uitkomst realistisch en volgens verwachtingen is. Mocht iets niet kunnen of lukken dan zal hij daar eerlijk over zijn. Je hebt echt het gevoel dat hij met je meedenkt en het maximale voor elkaar probeert te krijgen.
