I didn't end up continuing my house hunt for other reasons, however during our time I really appreciated his way of working, and would recommend him to others. Prices for the service can be a little higher compared to competitors, however my experience with competitors has been less than impressive, so I was okay with the price.

Aanvankelijk was ik enigszins sceptisch over het aannemen van aan aankoopmakelaar, maar ik moet zeggen dat ik zeer tevreden ben over Danish. De aankoop van een eerste huis vond ik best spannend en de adviseur heeft me hierbij goed begeleid. Vanaf het begin was hij sterk betrokken en is niks te veel moeite om uit te zoeken. Praktisch altijd bereikbaar, ook buiten kantooruren. Neemt zorgvuldig alles met je door. Zegt het ook eerlijk als iets het niet waard is en probeert niet het eerste beste huis aan je te slijten. Met zijn hulp een goede deal gemaakt. Ook in de stappen erna blijft de service goed. Heeft zeker een prijs, maar in mijn geval het geld wel waard gezien 'full service' pakket.

De adviseur heeft ons het gehele traject heel flexibel en zorgzaam bijgestaan. Het begon bij een eerste woning waar we in een weekend tijd een bod uit moesten brengen. Gedurende 4 maanden heeft hij ons enorm geholpen tijdens onze zoektocht. Uiteindelijk een mooi klushuis gevonden. Ook hierbij heeft hij goed geholpen met zijn kennis en waardevolle connecties. He knows his onions, he would do the assignment of the house before the viewing and compare it with other nearby houses and give you the best advice.
