I had a wonderful and comfortable experience working with Robbert De Vries and John kolker from "Advies Centrum Hypotheken" while purchasing our dream house. The entire process was smooth, from my initial call with Robbert to signing the deed for our new home. Robbert assisted us in determining the bidding value for the house by providing an estimated value for the area. He helped us arrange the mortgage by presenting different bank options and managing the documentation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend "Advies Centrum Hypotheken" to anyone in need of mortgage services.

We got Robbert’s contact from a friend of mine. It started with initial conversation and after we won the bid, the whole process went very smoothly. In case of doubts and questions, never had any delay of response. Robbert also helped to give us some idea of how much valuation the house would be before our bid and that helped us a lot to check on the current market value. He managed our whole process of house valuations, advice on mortgages and different house insurances. It all went very smoothly and without much efforts from our side. We would highly recommend him and his team as to we feel his experience would help you in making the best choice.

We were fully satisfied with service provided by Robbert and John. They are very experienced. I enjoyed their no "non-sense" and direct approach to things. It made the whole process run very smoothly and efficiently.

We found the advisor to be non responsive on multiple occasions, but the most unacceptable part was that he was disrespectful towards us. I personally found his comments to be very insulting and rude. I would like to highlight some of his sentences here - “now that losing (bids) has become your religion, why not lose one more“. I know it’s a metaphor, but still inappropriate. Since I come from India, he also said out of context that “ In your country you may buy a palace with the amount that the bank is giving you but here it’s a small house that you can afford “. Also, when we asked about the calculation behind the numbers on my mortgage, he got irritated and emphasised that he is a smart person and his clients like us are not smart enough to understand his simple calculations. Well there are many and multiple occasions when he communicated at the lowest possible level of customer service that one can expect. I am giving here two stars only because his colleague was really helpful and honest. Job was done in the end but with a bitter aftertaste.

Maar er was informatie die we leerden van onderzoek buiten zoals nationale verzekeringen en thuisbeoordelingen... en de minimale tijd in Nederland. maar uiteindelijk is het allemaal gelukt en zijn we erg dankbaar!

I send so many bids. 4. Empathy: it was not easy working with me since I don't understand Dutch. He always understood this and knew when to step in. I finally got a house, and I am a happy client!

Ook aandacht voor de fiscale kant en behulpzaam bij het doornemen van hypotheekakte en akte van levering.
