We found the advisor to be non responsive on multiple occasions, but the most unacceptable part was that he was disrespectful towards us. I personally found his comments to be very insulting and rude. I would like to highlight some of his sentences here - “now that losing (bids) has become your religion, why not lose one more“. I know it’s a metaphor, but still inappropriate. Since I come from India, he also said out of context that “ In your country you may buy a palace with the amount that the bank is giving you but here it’s a small house that you can afford “. Also, when we asked about the calculation behind the numbers on my mortgage, he got irritated and emphasised that he is a smart person and his clients like us are not smart enough to understand his simple calculations. Well there are many and multiple occasions when he communicated at the lowest possible level of customer service that one can expect. I am giving here two stars only because his colleague was really helpful and honest. Job was done in the end but with a bitter aftertaste.
