Monique was very communicative from the beginning. She was super helpful from the start to find a time that suited us both for the visit. The day of the visit she was clear and direct to the point of what she was doing and what her initial read. It made the whole process feel a lot more transparent than I thought it would be. Her responses over email were always fast and clear. Her final report also came in on the dot of when she said it would be ready. As a foreigner in the country she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I would definitely recommend her services and will be reaching out to this company in the future whenever I need an appraisal.

Ook als je zelf niet bij een tweede bezichtiging aanwezig kunt zijn, let zij scherp op de zaken die van belang zijn. Dit zijn overigens vaak dingen waar je zelf niet aan gedacht zou hebben of die je snel over het hoofd ziet.
