The first impression during the orientation meeting we got was that the mortgage advisor was knowledgeable, trustworthy, qualified, structured and competent.
While during the journey of finding the first dream house and finalizing the mortgage deal, the real non-competent, non-committed, non-knowledgeable face has eventually revealed itself hardly. Two attempts buying and requesting advices here are the outcomes
Attempt 1, Sep 2020:
1- Not all information and consideration we should be aware of was not shared beforehand, neither in time when needed
2- Some "proactive" actions was taken without our consent
3- Responses and availability is way far from ideal
4- A bill of 1000 euro was charged without even getting the house, and was a promise to get 750 euro deducted from the bill in case I bought a house within 2021
Attempt 2, Jan,Feb 2021
- Also didn't finalize the deal due lack of commitment and informing us with new rules that has been changed lately, Very bad service
Reactie van Freek Hypotheek Eindhoven:
Thanks Ahmed.
We are very surprised by your comment.
Attempt 1
Your necessary work related and personal documents for a successful application were inadequate. That purchase had to be terminated AND you signed the contract before consulting us. Indeed, we sent an invoice for the effort we made with the promise of a discount at the 2nd attempt. As a token of appreciation you gave our advisor 2 gift cards.
Attempt 2
The work related documents for a successful application were still inadequate. We explained that to you and we expect that the right documents can be delivered by you(r employer) in the next months.
Although we regret that we together were unable to apply for a mortgage successfully, our office put enough effort in your dossier. In the end your paperwork was the stumbling block. In the other remarks and accusations you make, we do not recognize you or us.
