Overall we are happy with Freek. We had used them in the past as well. We liked that the advisor will think along with us and adapt to new requirements.
Point of improvement: We would frequently be switched to different advisor without any further introduction or even any kind of information whatsoever. That is very weird and not professional in our opinion. We had to explain the fully story again each time. Second point of improvement: The advice was not always accurate and we had to keep checking ourselves.
