I went to Dirk at KIK at very short notice for my first attempt to buy a property. He did very well in negotiating the purchase price. Unfortunately we ran out of time to get a mortgage due to my employment status. The second time went much smoother. Again he was spot on with the purchase price to get the offer accepted and advised me well on the process Getting a mortgage this time went much better and I got the mortgage approved. Dirk and KIK was very good at advising me on the process and getting everything arranged without much effort from my side I would highly recommended Dirk and KIK when purchasing a property and getting the mortgage approved.
