Very helpful and professional
I had a particularly difficult situation with my existing mortgage which involved changing my job, relocating and letting my property. The advisor did an excellent job and found a mortgage provider for me. He guided me through the process and explained everything as he helped me to make a decision. He was kind enough to do it all in English. Thanks to him, this difficult story was brought to a happy conclusion.
