Had a very good experience working with Rik as our mortgage advisor. He gave us a good estimate of the valuation of the house we were going to bid for, so that we could make an informed decision before bidding. He also discussed the mortgage details for each house so that we know how much mortgage to expect. When we won a bid, he provided very good recommendations on how we should manage our risks in terms of selecting the mortgage type, number of years in the fixed period etc. I spoke to a few friends and none of them got the level of support that we got, that too in a very reasonable price!
