Mr. Shayrad had a very respectful and human approach since the first meeting until the signature of the new contract. He provided me with a very clear explanation about my current mortgage situation as well as the advantages related to breaking the interest rate as provided for in my current contract. Furthermore Mr. Shayrad was patient enough to explain the documents I received (concerning the new interest rate and its breakdown)since they were all written in Dutch I thank him again for his great and kind assistance.
