Fron the first meeting I had with him, he took the time to explain how everything works and provided an option to regularly consult via teamviewer which was great from since I do not live in Leiden. He was always accessible and kept in touch with updates. His colleague, Heidi, did a great job of checking the documents for me as well to ensure all was in order. Yann-Erik ensured that my application was submitted times=ously with the strict timelimes that we were working with.I received excellent service and would recommend him to anyone seeking mortgage assistance. The fact that he is not in your town should not be an obstacle to appointing him. He was extremely helpful.
