On the 28 August I contacted Alsema van Duin because I needed to update my Will. I was informed the notary was on leave. After hearing nothing I contacted them again two weeks later. I was eventually informed on the 26 September (nearly one month later) that the notary was very busy and did not have time yet to answer my question. I contacted the managing partner on the 26 September to inform that person that the customer service from their organization is shocking and as of 8 October I have not received a response. I am now forced to contact another law firm to draft a new Will. In all my 59 years I have never experienced such shocking customer service.
