Buying a new house is always full of excitement and uncertainty. Michael made it easier for me starting from bidding to the final day of deed signing process. It is evident that he is well experienced in the field of mortgage and good idea on what to look at the house while buying. He goes above and beyond to make the deal fair and transparent and also provides right mortgage options (product and interest rates). Despite of all great work he has done I had little bumpy road at the end of the process mainly due to me being expat and buying house on my own. However Michael tried all his best to make it happen and finally succeeded. Not able to give 5 star because I see there are still some room for improvement and it applies to all of us. I would definitely recommend Michael and services of Hypotheekshop to new home buyer or anyone who is planning to move to a different house.
