I am an expat with a fixed period work contract (PhD-4years) where most of the Hypotheek advisors refused to even take up my case, Martijn and team have a good experience in such situations. They explained all the steps in detailed manner and got us a mortgage at a very good price. They also acted upon very quickly when the mortgage prices were about to increase and fixed the mortgage at a lower price. They are extremely reliable and friendly. You can definitely consider them even if you are not living in the Delft region.
