Hello VJ, So sorry to hear this. As you know I am a small company and I an very proud of the service level I (usually) give to my customers. Because you told me, during the proces, that you where not able to reach my mobile sometimes (or it may have taken a bit longer for me to react) I told you that I was dealing with sickness in my family at the time. This affected my reaction time and I will apologise for this again as I did then. Unfortunantly you did not let me know, untill know, how you experienced this. You did not convey any complaints or problems as described above to me before. So allthough I know that we all can do better sometimes I really think this review is rather harsh. Even though I don't recognise most of what you are reviewing I will try to turn it in to a positive anyway, we all live and learn always!
