Also VIISI helped us to find a makler that specialized at the area where we wanted to buy a house (Almere). Once we found our house and done with trading and preliminary purchasing contract signing, we signed the contract with VIISI to arrange the mortgage for us. Thomas Sies and Niels Lengers were our agent from VIISI side. We had personal meeting in VIISI office where we selected the bank to apply for a mortgage and list of the docs that we should prepare for the mortgage. Thomas and Niels always guide us with the steps that we should follow and information about the documents. One of the preferences to arrange the mortgage via VIISI is that you can download documents to VIISI portal and then VIISI will check the docs and apply for a mortgage to the selected bank and process application from your behalf. VIISI also helped to arrange Life and Home Insurances for you mortgage. We fully satisfied with our experience with VIISI to arrange the mortgage, it was really quick!
