My experience with B&B and Mascha have been very positive. We can feel that Mascha has our best interest at hear by the way she showed us all the different ways we can secure our mortgage. She was very responsive and fast in replying all the questions we have about mortgage. In the end she was also very transparent and clear about the mortgage rates and which bank to choose from the software that they use. Afterwards when Bianca took over from the back-end of the team, Bianca was also very helpful and fast response for any questions that we have. This is all a customer need really, good service and feel that we are being treated with best interest at heart. I would recommend for anyone, especially for foreigners like ourselves.
