Understand client needs and gave best advise
I am amazed with ****** ability to understand our actual needs beyond our wishes. He guided us to look all mortgage possibilities and carefully provided ROI calculation for each simulation we think of. He strived to get the lowest interest rate from the finance institution for our mortgage.
Further, as our mortgage consultant he took full responsibilities and initiatives to ensure all related parties are in the loop of information so that mortgage process is smoothly flown.
We gave extra challenge to Andre to arrange the mortgage in short time and he answered with good result. If only the seller not having trips abroad, we would have gone to the notary within 3 weeks.
