Carla helped us in different ways. First, she explained everything in detail and in English.For expats like us, it is difficult to understand in Dutch and all the documents in Dutch.
In addition to online meetings, she sent us informative emails. Second, she guided us for opening a bank account as well as collecting other documents. She gave clear instruction to ask official documents from different portals since we didn't know. She was reachable and she did answer all our questions. Without her help, we might have stopped mortgage application.
