The advisor was always contactable, super thorough in his research, and has a very patient disposition to walk through all options for my mortgage needs. In fact, based on a discussion with Willard, we were able to put forward a unique offer to the seller which enabled me to purchase the first house I was interested in despite fierce competition. I went to see other mortgage brokers who were quite arrogant (and expensive) during this 'boom time', however, Willard was fair, honest, kind, and professional. My preference is to hand over mortgage broker fees to somebody deserving such as Willard rather than some other mortgage broker who'd happily pocket your money without finding you a good deal.
