Being a foreigner is complicated to start. When you want to do things like purchase a home as a foreigner you really need someone on your team who understands the entire process and has good relationships with lending banks. The advisor went above and beyond for me on finding a mortgage (as well as advising on other financial matters). He took the time to explain things I did not understand, and I felt he was always protecting my best interests. My business will always be with his office, and I would give him the highest recommendation to anyone purchasing a new home - particularly expats!
