Frank provided us many details in advance of obtaining our first mortgage. When we did require his services, he was available and put our best interests in the forefront. He acted professionally on behalf of us and was able to close the mortgage in a reasonable time. Frank's assistant Kelsey was also very responsive and answered all our questions too.
