Pieter and his team are excellent. We approached Pieter exactly 1 year ago in mid-August 2022 with many questions and doubts and Pieter listened carefully and patiently to us, explained the mortgage process to us, showed various options in terms of mortgage providers and interest rates, and told us about the cost benefits and helped us to choose the most suitable one. Within a few weeks, all documents were arranged and within a month we also received approval for the mortgage. We were so happy that we could get the house in no time during that period when it took at least 3 to 6 months. But Pieter and his team did an excellent job by moving us to a new house in mid-October 2022. He also arranged all the necessary insurance for me and my living requirements.
