Mr. Former was very professional and a great mortgage adviser. Since I'm a foreigner and the house is the first one in my life, I do have a lot of questions for everything. Mr.Former was very patient and he had explained one by one in detail all the time. And I could give full trust more and more whenever we had the meeting because he was approaching the processes/options with very logical ways and listening very carefully what I mentioned. I felt he must be an expert indeed. He did understand of all my situation and what I wanted/needed and he chose the good options for mortgage.
