I liked his approach for these reasons - He always talked transparently, so we never raised false expectations - He always pointed out the critical points that could affect our decision - As expats that we are, he always tried to help understand the system of the Netherlands, hat he manages to do in a great way - He ALWAYS responded our calls and proactively would call us as well if needed. - He made sure that we were clear on critical aspects of the negotiation and the best way to proceed - Furthermore, he has been providing advice end following up even after the transfer was completed
