Jan-Hendrik and partly Victor were assigned to me and they are really kind and helpful throughout, readily answering all of my concerns and explaining the full mortgage application process and which choice is best. They were always available by email and phone whenever I needed more information, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service and would highly suggest him and Gosseling Groot Hendriks to others.
