Coen helped me and my partner navigate the challenging area of buying our first house. Coen was recommended to us by a couple who bought their first house last year and they got him recommended by another couple who also bought their first house with Coen. There is a reason Coen is so recommended, he's bloody brilliant. Everything was explained at the right pace/level and he didn't mind repeating stuff we found hard to get a grasp of. We found our dream house and got it thanks to Coen's advice. My partner and I could let go of a lot of the administration and had peace of mind whenever we had to do something important (like gather documents, sign and communicate documents the right people etc) because we had Coen make it easy for us. Even my mum who has moved house more than 20 times in her life was very much impressed by Coen's professional but friendly attitude. The stress of buying a house can be immense and thanks to Coen it's been very manageable and even enjoyable.
