Relocating from the U.S. to the Netherlands was a challenging experience with countless details to manage. On top of all of this, we decided to buy a home. We were feeling somewhat overwhelmed by the differences in process and rules between the U.S. and the Netherlands. Then we met with Bas. Bas clearly explained this and patiently answered our numerous questions. We felt at ease and also very confident in his advice. We initially met with Bas during a house hunting trip in August. Then we moved into our temporary apartment in the middle of September and began searching for a home to purchase. We found one in the beginning of October, made an offer and the offer was accepted by mid-October. Then Bas went to work arranging the mortgage. In spite of our complication of being expats, Bas was successful in his efforts and on December 2nd we were handed the keys to our new house. I highly recommend Bas Peijnenburg.
