Frank was very helpful and very responsive. He was able to answer all my questions and I had quite some taugh questions. He is excellent and I am very happy with him . As a learning point: . I was initially suggested to get a mortgage with Argenta with an interest rate of 4,3 when Ing was offering 4.18 because the house we are buying is A+. The difference is small and to be honest is easy to miss. However I have heard quite some bad comments about Argenta. In any way this point does not mean I am not pleased with Frank. In contrast Frank was vital in our search for a mortgage. His advices were extremely helpful. The only reason why I would come back is Frank. And this is already my second time to work with him. I definitely recommend him.
