The entire process was smooth and everything went according to the plan. I felt we should have had more meetings to explain options at the moment choices were made like the number of years to keep the interest fixed. It was a dynamic market so the interest was varying a lot and I am very glad they took quick actions, I just would like to be briefed before. We could still change afterwards but then I would get worse rates because they were increasing fast.
