As this is my first experience as a buyer in Netherlands, I was little bit worried about the whole process. Previously I was in touch with Monique in past (6-7 years back) regarding the mortgage checks & at that time for some personal reasons I didn't managed to proceed further to buy the house and continue to kept living as tenant but this Year I seriously start searching house and thanks to Monique for providing me mortgage overviews and necessary financial documents in order to made bid offers. Finally my search ends as my bid offer got accepted by the property owner and with Monique suggestions and advise we managed to get the mortgage application approved with ABNAMRO on nice interest rate which is fixed for next 10 years.
