As first time buyers we had very little understanding of how to go about applying for a mortgage. initial assessment of our savings and income were all thoroughly discussed with Danny and he was so helpful in explaining through all of the formalities and helping us to decide which mortgage would be best for us. Also as foreign national with limited knowledge on the system, I was very skeptical about the rules and regulations here in Dutch that comes with mortgage risks. Everything was so detailly explained by Danny and he made us really comfortable. Danny was always available on phone calls and whatsapp to discuss even the basic questions and could get appointment easily to discuss things in person. The process of finding the right house was very stressful but the process of choosing and applying for the mortgage and life cover has been so straight forward.
