My mortgage advisor is very knowledgeable and very patient when answering my questions. Also the answer is very clear. He was enthusiastic at the beginning. After I signned the agreement, however, sometimes he replied my e-mail a little bit late. Instead, his colleagues gave me more information than he did in August. Maybe he is on holiday during August, so I cannot blame him a lot.
