First he was telling he worked with Expats and can give a reference etc and I thought nice. Later he didn't respond and let me wait about a week and finally I think he realized that my expat situation was complicated ( I don't think it was actually) and simply he didn't want to put effort in it and we went for another advisor from who I was totally satisfied.
