This was our first mortgage and being an immigrant you have all kind of questions which rules apply to you, which not. What I specifically liked about the advisor is that being a financial adviser he does not make assumptions. He knows it for sure, or he will reach for the specific authority to check on it. So the info and advise we got was extremely valuable and accurate. What is more the advisor is very precise in time lines, accurate with documents and supportive before and after the deal.
