Paul was a blessing! We got in touch with him very late in the process and with a deadline looming on our heads. However, he was very happy to take on the challenge and arranged the financing much faster than we expected. I personally liked that he was very pro-active, took us along the journey and kept us informed at every step during the way (without us having to chase him). He was also very empathetic of our situation and responded to our questions patiently & promptly. I also got the feeling that he is well connected and has warm contact at the right places.
