We started our discussion with Robbert-Jan in September 2023 and he helped us during the process of buying a house. He was available for us at any time during the day and this was a big comfort since sometimes we would need to talk after working hours. He was able to explain to us the process in details and we were confident that that our mortgage will be approved with his help. If we had any question, this was immediately addressed. Also, while making the offers for the houses, he made sure he is following the deadlines, and he was there for us on the right time. It was great to receive the call from him announcing us that we receive the house and then that our mortgage was approved! We will continue to work with Robbert-Jan in the future if we need to update existing mortgage but also for taxes purposes.
