We were so fortunate to have found Emile. As our realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighbourhood for the right price. He was patient and he cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. When we had finally made an offer (Emile secured it for us under the asking price!), Emile then walked us through every step of the closing process (and he we could always reach him any hour of the day with sudden questions we had). We really appreciate that Emile was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible (and a pleasant overall experience). Maybe the best part about working with him was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs, than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone. He is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I think you would be hard pressed to find a better realtor!
