Arrogant. I came on Monday 3rd of June with my son to get some document to be legalised. After 10 min of waiting, a personnel approached me and rejected the legalisation of my 2-page document. Without even asking the reason why I need to legalise the document or looking at the stack of documents I brought with me which I prepared to show if any explanation needed. She said its because they have to be careful to approve on the legalisation. Do I look like a criminal? Maybe I should wear a formal suit? She already asked all the notaris around her and they said no. Very disappointed with the service. I immediately called another notary in Utrecht within 1km away and immediately I could go straight to the notary and within half an hour they legalised my document immediately. Friendly, polite,fast, caring and concerned! I will never go back to Van Grafhorst.
