I am an expat who was looking for an apartment in Netherlands. As an expat who doesn't know Dutch, I faced quite a lot of difficulties with the process & documents especially with bidding process & mortgage arrangement. Then I was introduced to the advisor by a friend who has successfully bought a house recently. At first, I was a bit concerned because he charged me significantly cheaper than other mortgage advisors that I interviewed before. However, after meeting him and working with him, I have to say that the advisor did an excellent job in helping me throughout the whole process. I asked him quite a lot questions I think (especially via Whatsapp) & he is always replying quickly all the time, morning or afternoon/ day time or in the evening. In term of mortgage arrangement, he gets things done very efficiently & fast. I am totally impressed! So... advisor, you deserve 5 stars from me for your excellent service ;)!
