Rob is very helpful, he has the customers best interest in mind. He helps even with looking for houses and with bargaining which is especially useful for expats who do not speak Dutch. Sometimes he can give more elaborate answers in writing to ease the mind of his nervous almost home owner clients. But this only applies for communication in writing. Other than that he is absolutely wonderful, and did a very good job for us.
