Very Good: From the moment of the initial (first) call & meeting, until the moment of completion (mortgage granted), Pieter-Bas has shown willingness to explain (more than once) how the process of getting a mortgage would work. Including potential pitfalls during the course and what to do to overcome, or to reduce the likelihood of such bottlenecks that could hinder the mortgage granting. I would like to stress that as a non-Dutch speaker, all the discussions were made in English, without the feeling of me being left out due to my lack of knowledge of the Dutch language. They were also helpful in the bidding process, which has helped me to be successful with my home. Despite having less contact with Marco, I also can only provide positive feedback. Everything was well organised in the customer portal with both of them requesting documents for building a positive profile for the mortgage application. Following up with them was always swift (even during their holiday season on) and easy. Truly giving you reassurance and peace of mind for such first buyers like myself.
