Johan is very knowledgeable on the mortgage topic (thanks to his long experience in the industry). Through out the process, he patiently guided us on the topic, answered all our questions (quite a lot) with a smile and helped made a decision. There were some very specific questions for our situation, it was super amazing to see that he always had answer and past examples to consider the 36--degree perspective. If I buy another house, I will definitely go back to Johan for anything mortgage. Also the support from Finzie (Daniele etc.) was really nice. I think I am going to be a lifelong customer of both ;)
