Buying a house in NL can be a lengthy and sometimes brain draining process, especially if you need to secure a mortgage or if you are an international person. Joyce has been fantastic for us through this entire process considering both I and my partner are foreigners. Most of these processes are in Dutch but can also be quite technical. Joyce has been very helpful during the entire process. Her system (portal) is designed to simplify the whole process. She is a good communicator, quick response and very knowledgeable and well connected in the housing/mortgage market. We were able to meet all our deadlines from Financial advise– Purchase –transfer of ownership. We highly recommend her.
