Esmee was extremely efficient and precise in her work. Her forecast was almost a perfect match: considering it was difficult because I was selling the house and buying a new one after a divorce, I was delighted with the service. Also, she spotted errors on the Notary bill, avoiding last-minute problems. Everything went smoothly and quickly, also she always provided an extensive explanation when I had doubts, and she helped me check some of the documents (I did not have a real estate agent as a buyer).
