Beware! Everything went well when I lived in the appartment rented by them. The check out visit also went well and they agreed that the place was clean and in good shape. However, it was hell to get my deposit back. They were obviously stalling and in the end, they reimbursed me 575 euros out of a 1450 euro deposit, justifying the difference by administrative fees. To get to that point, I had to have countless phonecalls with them and hearing excuses such as "the financial department is on holidays". This is a dishonest company, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting to get their full deposit back without trouble.
