Coming from Ireland, this was my first experience with not only purchasing a house here, but also various financial related aspects in the Netherlands. Which was made more difficult to research with very limited Dutch language proficiency. Yann-Erik was able to inform and educate me, allowing me to make confident decisions with regard to mortgage provider, income protection, insurance and everything else involved in not only purchasing my new home but also setting me up with a solid foundation for my move to the Netherlands. All of my inputs to the process were requested well in advance and were fully reviewed, making all submissions to providers quick and accepted first time.
