John followed us from December 2020, leading me and my partner not only through the management of the mortgage, but also pointing us to other related tasks, such as counseling for insurance companies, for a notary's office and even about the advantages of a "samelivingcontract". Personally, I appreciated his availability to talk the whole time in English, helping me to fully understand the matter of our meetings, since my Dutch isn't good enough to manage these topics.
