When a great opportunity to buy a house presented itself, I was excited yet concerned with all the things that need to be done in a very short amount of time, understanding the process and mortgage structures, and all this while being a foreigner in the Netherlands with no prior experience with the Dutch housing market, taxes, rules and regulations. Mr. Weidema presented a clear breakdown of the things to do, the costs, and the mortgage structure, and took care of organizing everything. The purchase of the house has been as smooth and painless as one could hope for, and without his help I cannot imagine having gone through this process successfully. I highly recommend his services!
